Acting Medical Officer of Health Frank Warsh this afternoon (Sept. 5) rescinded the boil water advisory that had impacted about 40 residences in the Sunset Terrace, Sunset Drive, Bush Line area in the west end of St. Thomas. The water line ends at the top of the hill on Bush Line.

The private testing lab has informed the health unit the water is now safe to drink following tests on Friday and Saturday that indicate the water is free of bacteria.
